Investments Limited acquires 25 properties in 18 months!

Since the beginning of 2017, Investments Limited has strategically acquired 25 properties.  The properties are for a variety of uses, including vacant land, free-standing buildings, restaurant & car rental, retail centers, offices, warehouses, condos, single family homes and multi-family apartment buildings.  The properties are fairly spread out geographically, ranging from Lantana south to Pompano Beach.

Continuing our “Buy & Hold” philosophy, Investments Limited has made these acquisitions with the long-term plan of improving each property, through renovations or improving tenant mix, to help it reach highest potential while holding onto it as its value continues to grow, riding out any market fluctuations.

Investments Limited is a family-owned leasing & property management company headquartered in Boca Raton, FL.  Founded by the husband & wife team of Jim & Marta Batmasian in Cambridge, MA, Investments Limited began acquiring multi-family properties in the early 1970’s in the Boston area.  In the early 1980’s they “retired” to Boca Raton, but almost immediately dove into the local real estate market, acquiring 30 properties in 30 months.

Their unique approach of “buy & hold”, coupled with “in-house” leasing & management and a desire to keep their acquisitions concentrated in a small geographic area has made Investments Limited tremendously successful and an industry leader.  This success, and a desire to support the communities in which they live and do business in, has led the owners and employees of Investments Limited to give back in a number of ways.  Jim & Marta are involved in a number of community organizations, having founded two non-profits serving the people of Boca Raton, HOME (Homeless Outreach Mentoring & Education), a homeless outreach group, and PROPEL (People Reaching Out to Provide Education & Ledership), which provides education and other tools for success to underprivileged youth.
